這首歌一釋出便有許多人跳出來分析歌詞，解釋副歌的前兩句是情場如戰場的比喻，然而我覺得以歌詞女王的實力，寓意應該不僅於此，或許同時指的也是社交或生意上的爭執，畢竟這幾年一波未平一波又起，應該不太好過。這一次，即使僅剩幾個支持她的人，她已經準備好奮力一戰！

看到這一段一直覺得這首歌有種莫名的熟悉感，後來才發現很久以前有看過《大魔域》這部電影，但是記憶非常薄弱...我曾兩度試圖認真觀賞，卻都不小心睡著了XD

幾乎是第一次觀賞《雙城故事》、播放這首歌做為片頭時，我便喜歡上這部台劇，追起來之後發現歌曲和影集一樣令人揪心

我一直覺得這首歌是劇中念念的心聲，起初她是為了愛來到舊金山，卻一點也不懂愛，甚至不知道怎麼照顧自己，在我眼裡她就是長不大的小公主，不過離開了舒適圈、父母的懷抱，她的人生終於正式開始。
